- How long does a custom order take? Most pieces take about 2–3 weeks depending on the design.
- Do you really hand-carve the stars and crosses? Yes, every star and every cross is carved or burned by hand. No paint, no lasers, no CNC.
- Can you customize a piece with names, dates, or military details? Absolutely, I can add names, ranks, dates, memorial details, or short phrases.
- What sizes do your flags and crosses come in? We offer standard sizes, but I can also build custom dimensions.
- How much is shipping and how do you package items? Everything is packed securely with foam and kraft paper to protect the wood.
- Do you accept rush orders? Sometimes, depending on my current workload.
- What stain colors do you offer? All pieces are stained by hand, and I offer several natural wood tones.

A personal touch from a one-woman shop
When you reach out, you’re talking directly to me — the person who’s actually carving, burning, staining, and packing your piece. I do my best to respond quickly, but since I’m a one-woman shop, I might be in the workshop with tools running or finishing an order when a message comes in.
If you don’t hear back right away, I’m not ignoring you — I’m just making sure someone else’s piece gets the same care yours will. I always reply as soon as I can, and I appreciate the patience and kindness people show while I’m juggling both the creative work and the communication.
